Our office maintains a comprehensive database of published Turkish trademarks, patents, utility models, and designs for efficient searches and in-depth reviews.

 

With the help of DesiSoft®, a specialized software developed by Mrs. Deniz Çelikel, the founder of our firm, alongside the TPTO database, we conduct detailed searches for all published IP matters in Turkey. While search results do not guarantee successful registration, they provide valuable insights regarding potential risks and the registrability of the design.

 

We handle the entire process from application to registration before the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office (TPTO). Registration certificates are issued electronically by the TPTO upon completion.

 

We also provide ongoing monitoring and maintenance services to ensure continuous protection, including renewals and registering transactions such as changes in ownership, transfers, and more.
