With the help of DesiSoft®, a specialized software developed by Mrs. Deniz Çelikel, the founder of our firm, alongside the TPTO database, we conduct detailed searches for all published IP matters in Turkey. While search results do not guarantee successful registration, they provide valuable insights regarding the risks and the registrability of the trademark.

 

We manage the entire process from application to registration before the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office (TPTO). Upon completion, the TPTO issues registration certificates electronically.

 

Additionally, we offer comprehensive monitoring and maintenance services to ensure continuous protection, including renewals, and handling transactions such as changes in ownership, transfers, and more.
